Regular ONLINE drop-in drawing sessions

Monday mornings, 10-12 GMT, from 25th April.

Summer term: 25th April. May: NO SESSION 2nd; 9th, 16th May, NO SESSION 23rd, 30th. June 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. July 4th, 11th, 18th LAST Session.

Thursday evenings, 7.30 – 9.00 pm. GMT. From 28th April

Summer term: 28th April. May: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th May, NO SESSION June 2nd(Jubilee bank Holiday). June 9th, 16th, 23, 30th. July: 7th, 14th 21st LAST Session.

VENUE: A suitable table in your own home, and ability to use Zoom on your computer, tablet or phone.

WHAT: a weekly, relaxed art session, exploring different media, drawing, and painting, and discussing art.

Practise your skills and enjoy some creative time with friendly and supportive help from Caroline, in company with others. we will continue to explore different themes and artists, often suggested by students. Small classes, to create a relaxed and sharing atmosphere.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: You’ll need: paper, pencil, pen, coloured pencils – anything you’ve got or want to try.

COST: £12 per session. No need to book the series. Concessions available, please ask. Pay via the link below, or bank transfer – I can send you the details.

1: Drawing for Beginners, Live online course

A drawing class for absolute beginners. You don’t need any experience; it’s designed to take you through the foundations of drawing in simple steps with lots of encouragement, in a supportive, positive atmosphere. See below for a list of sugested media.

New! 2: Developing in Drawing, Live Online Course

DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED

This live online course will introduce you to the way light works in drawing. You’ll already know the basics: you can map out a drawing with basic shapes and proportions. This course will take you the next step: how to make it look real, the balance of tone in an image, playing with different ways of creating light and dark, and with different media.

This course is delivered in 3 sessions on Zoom online platform.

You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, get feedback on your drawings and share your learning with a small (maximum class size 10) group.
