Create interesting and unique embroidery designs with drawing in pencils and watercolour, in a short time, with no subject matter, and no previous drawing experience!
In this playful two-hour session you will learn how a simple drawing process can be a way of generating designs for embroidery. From some warm-up mark-making exercises, carried out on paper and then cloth, you’ll explore a number of ways to develop your doodle drawings into embroidery designs. You’ll generate some ideas to take away and stitch later.
